Can I order a different size or color?
If you've seen an item you like but it's not your size, please contact me. I can make it in your size upon request, although it may take about a week to have it ready. Write to me and we'll talk about it!
How long will it take to arrive?
The items in the store are made and ready to ship, so you can expect it very soon. Shipping times are approximately:
Spain - 1 to 3 days
Europe - 7 to 10 days
Outside Europe - 10 to 25 days
All shipments are certified.
Can I exchange or return an item?
If you don't like the item you purchased, you have one week to exchange it for another or simply return it. Contact me and we'll resolve the matter.
It's important that you try it on without removing the tags, as exchanges and returns will ONLY be accepted with the tags attached and the item in the same condition as when it arrived.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer.
What happens if the item arrives in poor condition?
Of course, if the item arrives in poor condition or defective for any reason, please contact me and we will resolve it, and you will not incur any additional costs.
What if the item doesn't arrive?
All shipments are sent via registered mail, so we will have a tracking number to track it. If it still gets lost (sometimes it can happen, although it's not common), please contact me and we will find the best solution together.
