Can I order a different size or color?
If you like an item but it's not your size or you prefer other colors and don't see the option, please contact me. It might be possible.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items in the Outlet & Stock section are made and ready to ship, so you can enjoy them soon.
Spain: 1 to 3 days
Europe: 7 to 10 days
Outside Europe: 10 to 25 days
All shipments are tracked.
Made-to-order items take longer, as they are made to order and preparation times can vary depending on current workload.
I usually need 1 to 2 weeks to prepare solid-color items and 2 to 3 weeks for patterned items.
So, please add these times to the shipping time.
I can also ship via express courier; contact me and we can discuss it.
Can I exchange or return an item?
If you don't like the item you purchased, you have one week to exchange it for another or simply return it. Contact me and we'll resolve the issue.
It's important that you try it on without removing the tags, as exchanges and returns will ONLY be accepted with the tags attached and the item in the same condition as when you received it.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Of course, if the item arrives damaged or defective for any reason, please contact me and we'll resolve the issue at no extra cost.
What happens if the item doesn't arrive?
All shipments are sent via registered mail, so you'll have a tracking number to follow its progress.
If it still gets lost (it can happen occasionally, though it's not common), please contact me and we'll work together to find the best solution.
