Brand new, handmade short dress in a 1960s vintage style, crafted from non-stretch cyan blue polyester fabric and featuring an elegant off-white collar.
The collar is a turtleneck style at the front, while the back splits into two points that drape downwards—resembling an inverted Peter Pan collar.
